Precautions when using an air hammer

  • When using, be sure to use it in a state where the safety of workers and personnel is secured.
    (* Be absolutely careful about safety accidents such as getting caught in your hands, hitting body parts, etc.)
  • Be sure to use it within the recommended pressure, and do not use it at a pressure higher than that.
    (* DST-60: within 5Bar, DST-100: within 4BAR is recommended.)
  • It is forbidden to use it towards personnel and the body, and it is strictly prohibited to apply it to weapons that harm the human body.
  • Our company does not guarantee damage or failure due to arbitrary modification of the product.
    (* Arbitrary exhaust flow control, striking weight modification, etc. / Warranty period : 1 year)
  • When installing the product, it is recommended to use a 3-way(port) solenoid valve, and use it within the maximum number of strokes per minute.
  • Since the product is a heavy object, please consider the proper measures when installing (* Fall prevention with I-bolts, etc.)
  • If abnormal operation is confirmed, stop using it immediately and contact us for measures after checking the product.
  • The strong striking force may affect the joint of the product.
