Features of Air Ball Lifter
- Strong ascending force - Support 130kgf per 1 ball (Based on 5 kgf/㎠)
- Able to rise / descend compulsory by turning on / off valves only.
- Able to change into acetal ball to protect product.
- Increase number of balls in accordance with the desired the ascending force.
- Able to install at the desired location in case of single type. [However, ascending force of single type: 65 kgf in accordance with 1 ball (based on 5kgf/㎠)]

Caution when use
Ceiling capacity load in the table indicates supportable weight in "a stationery state"However, since the purpose of use of ball lifter is not just to support, durability might significantly decrease due to ball bearing tolerance and friction resistance according to roughness when design. Therefore it is recommended ABL-38D series is designed to be below 50% of the stated load, ABL-50D series is designed to be below 70% of the stated load.

Precautions of Air Ball Lifter
- Observe the working pressure in accordance with the weight to support (Recommended pressure : higher than 5 kgf/㎠)
- Recommended air pressure: 3~6kg/㎠
- Recommended air temperature: 0~60℃
- Recommended operating time: 8 hour/1 day (Warranty period : 12 months from date of purchase)
- Recommend to use the air filter at front section for installation of product.
- Install guide line / Safety wall definitely for safety in case of transportation of weights.
